I love introducing my younger students to this musical. It is so fantastic and full of great songs and emotions. The first time I saw this show I was so moved by the agony and beauty of it. It left a lasting impression and really made me crave the stage myself. "On my Own", is still just an incredibly powerful piece of music. The score is great.
