It's a well-made pick, the grip is amazing. Even being really thick, the 'medium' is fairly floppy; similar to any other 'medium' pick's bendiness. So, if you like stiff picks, you may want the bigger one.
Using this pick results in only the sound of the strings vibrating causing noise, you lose all the 'pick attack', which turns out to be a ton of the brightness on a normal guitar. I'm not sure I would use this normally on my acoustic, but it's fun to play with.
Where this pick really shines is on a bass. To my ear, it sounds just like finger picking a bass string, but without the discomfort on your fingers.
